Spinach Artichoke Dip

Classic Spinach Artichoke Dip lightened up, packed with all the same flavor, cheese and creaminess and always gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 14 Ounces Artichoke Hearts rough chop
  • 2 Cups Frozen spinach thawed & chopped
  • 16 Ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 Cup Sour cream
  • 1 3/4 Cups Shredded Italian Cheese Blend
  • 1/4 Cup Cotija cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F. 


    Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, reserving 1/2 cup of the Italian cheese blend and the cotija cheese for topping. Once well combined, pour into a shallow baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.  Serve warm with your favorite dipping chip or pita.
