Smoked Pot Roast Sandwich

Smoking a cheap cut of meat turns a simple meal into one with so much flavor. These Smoked Pot Roast Sandwich is complimented with a creamy cole slaw.

Ingredients

  • 6 Lbs Pot roast
  • 1 Tbsp Black pepper "Bull Shit" Rub
  • 1 Tbsp Mesquite BBQ Rub
  • 1/2 Cup favorite bbq sauce
  • 6 Whole Hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Begin by spicing the pot roast. Add to the smoker on 225 degrees and cook for 4 hours. Pull off the smoker and place in a broiling pan covered tightly with tin foil and place in a 350 degree oven for two hours.

    Finish the beef by pulling it with 2 forks. It will break right apart. Add to a big pot and smother with your favorite bbq sauce. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

    To serve, place as much meat as you can fit on the bottom bun. Top with creamy cole slaw or bread and butter pickles. Enjoy!
