Creating a complete dish of Alison Roman recipes taking her butter salmon and seriving it on top of her creamy beans.
Begin by melting the butter with the oil on medium high heat in a skillet. Once the butter is melted add the lemons and red onions. Cook until a nice char is achieved on the lemon and red onion.
Now spice the salmon and place on a baking tray. Top the spiced salmon with the red onions and lemon and drizzle some of the butter on top. Place in a 325 degree oven and bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
Let rest for 1 - 2 minutes. Serve over my creamy beans and kale.
Enjoy!
