Begin by adding all marinade ingredients to a blender. Puree lightly. Combined the meatballs with 1/2 the spices and the cilantro. Form golf ball sized meatballs. Add the chicken meatballs to a large container and then add marinade. Marinate for at least 1 hour but preferably, over night.
Combine all the ingredients except for the olive oil. Blend until well mixed. Next, drizzle in the olive oil and mix until combined. Refrigerate until ready for service.
Remove the chicken meatballs from the container. Turn the oven to 375 degrees. Cook the meatballs for 35 - 40 minutes. Take a tray and put dollops of the green sauce down and top with a meatball. Keep some green sauce in a bowl to add more as you wish. Enjoy!
