Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Salmon
  • 2 Tbsp Creole Seasoning
  • 2 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oregano Leaves
  • 1 Tsp White Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Spanish Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Onion Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Canola Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high heat.  Add the oil and warm until simmering.

    Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine all the seasoning ingredients.  Liberally apply to flesh side of salmon.  Add the salmon flesh side down to the skillet.  Cook for 2 minutes.

    Flip to the skin side and move to a 325 degree oven for 12 minutes.  Let rest for 1 - 2 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!
