Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Ground turkey
  • 1 Inch Ginger minced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 1/4 Cup GF soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Mirin
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame oil divided
  • 1 Tbsp Kimchi powder
  • 3 Whole Green onions diced
  • 1/2 Cup GF breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients reserving one tbsp of the oil. Mix well and form into patties. These can be cooked right away or stored in the fridge for 2 hours.

Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high heat. Add the oil, and once hot, add the burgers and cook 6 - 7 minutes per side.

I served the burgers with a mayonnaise gochujang sauce, kimchi slaw and kimchi pickles all on a gluten free bun. Enjoy!
