
Begin by creating the mushroom sauce. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the mushrooms and cook until softened and the water is cooked out. Add the flour and continue cooking for a couple of minutes. Add in the stock and simmer for a few minutes.
Add the hamburgers into the mushroom sauce and cover with a top. Cook for a few minutes on low heat.
Meanwhile, prepare your fried egg.
Assemble the dish with the hamburger and a whole bunch of the mushroom sauce. Top with the fried egg.
