Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 Whole Yellow Onion diced
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Flat Leaf Parsley chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 2 Tsp Vietnamese Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Mediterranean Sea Salt
  • 2 Tsp Turkish Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.  Mix well.  Form into golf ball size meatballs and place on a baking tray.

    Place in a 325 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes.  Place in the Greek tomato sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!
