Gluten Free Asian Edamame

Edamame is such a great vegetable to work with. It has flavor and texture and holds up to any sauce as it does in the Gluten Free Asian Edamame.

Ingredients

  • 24 Ounces Shelled Edamame
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Gluten Free Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sambal
  • 2 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Cooked the edamame in boiling water for 2 minutes.  Immediately transfer to an ice bath.

    Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients.  Drain the edamame and toss the sauce on the edamame.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Serve and enjoy!
