Easy Oven Baked Turkish Kabobs

Creating Turkish kabobs in my oven. All the spices make these Easy Oven Baked Turkish Kabobs so good and so much fun.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Lbs Ground beef
  • 1 1/2 Lbs Ground chicken
  • 3 Whole Red peppers diced
  • 2 Whole Jalapenos diced
  • 1 Whole Yellow onion diced
  • 6 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Ras El Hanout
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 Bunch Parsley rough chop

Instructions

  1. Begin by putting the beef and chicken in separate bowls. Divide the spices in half and add to the meat and mix well. Now add the vegetables, garlic and the parsley. Mix well.

    Take the meat mixture and spread out on a baking sheet. Take a knife and outline the meat to look like it is in kabob shapes. Place in a 350 degree oven and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.

    Serve with lavash, sumac red onions and parsley, marinated tomatoes and rice.
