Easy Kahlua Brownies

A nice, simple Easy Kahlua Brownies recipe. Super rich chocolate melded with the chocolaty taste of Kahlua. Try serving for company!

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick Butter Softened
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cups Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Kahlua

Kahlua Topping

  • 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2/3 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Kahlua
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Kahlua Brownie Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13×9-inch baking pan with lightly greased with spray and set aside.

    Combine all the dry ingredients (not including the brown sugar).

    Beat together the brown sugar and softened butter. Next, add the eggs one at a time fully incorporating before adding the next egg. Stir in 1/2 cup Kahlua and mix. 

    Mix in the dry ingredients until just incorporated.

    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes  (Test with a toothpick inserted in center to see if it comes out clean). 

Kahlua Topping Recipe:

  1. Prepare the ganache by placing all the chips and the cream in a bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Whisk until smooth then cool to room temperature. Pour over the brownies and refrigerate until set.

    Serve and enjoy!
