  • 1 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 large eggs
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 lb unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips

White Chocolate Topping

  • 8 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons milk or heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray a 17x12x1″ baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream together eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla until well mixed.
  4. Add flour mixture in batches. Combine but do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into your baking dish.

White Chocolate Topping

  1. In a double boiler, melt the chips until smooth.
  2. Pour in lines over the chocolate batter.
  3. Take a long side of a fork or spoon and run it through the lines to create the design.
  4. Bake 35 – 40 minutes. You want brownies firm to the touch on the outside. They will be soft in the middle.
  5. Cool 30 – 40 minutes before cutting. They will be very gooey.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
