
My Classic Lobster Rolls are a New England tradition that stands the test of time and brings back so many great memories with my now wife.
We had frozen lobster. Just thaw and make sure you dry it well, and set aside. In a bowl, mix the celery, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Old Bay Seasoning. Taste for seasoning. Add the brioche rolls to your air fryer and bake for 2 minutes at 375 degrees. Load each bun equally with lobster meat and garnish with more chives if desired. Serve and enjoy.
