My Classic Lobster Rolls are a New England tradition that stands the test of time and brings back so many great memories with my now wife.

Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 Lbs Cooked lobster
  • 1/4 Cup Celery chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Homemade mayo
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp Chives chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 4 Whole Split top brioche buns no additional butter needed

Instructions

  1. We had frozen lobster. Just thaw and make sure you dry it well, and set aside. In a bowl, mix the celery, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Old Bay Seasoning. Taste for seasoning. Add the brioche rolls to your air fryer and bake for 2 minutes at 375 degrees. Load each bun equally with lobster meat and garnish with more chives if desired. Serve and enjoy.
