Do you love fries? Try these crunchy, super creamy, very creative Avocado Fries. Can you say fries with no guilt?
Begin by setting up your dredging stations. Next, scoop out the avocados and cut into wedges. Run the avocados through the dredging station beginning with the flour, followed by the egg wash, and finished, with the GF panko bread crumbs. Place on a baking tray - if you want, you can put them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in wok on medium high heat. Once the temperature reaches 350 degrees, begin adding the fries in batches. Be sure not to crowd the pan. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Remove and place in a strainer to drain. Finish cooking the rest of the fries. Once the first fry is complete, put the fries (in batches) back in to the oil. Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes but be sure to watch them. You do not want them to get to dark. Remove from oil and drain for 1 minutes. Lightly salt.
Serve and enjoy!
