Tuesday’s Tips – Foods that affect Sleep

I was in my kitchen while my son was on the computer and somehow he happened on to the link below discussing what foods help you fall asleep and what foods keep you up.  I thought this was a very interesting topic so I did some additional research.  There are the obvious foods that keep you up like coffee or alcohol which interrupts your sleep but did you know Cherries are supposed to help us sleep?  So here are a few links below to provide insight.  What is your experience with foods?
