Tuesdays Tip – Dynamic Dietary Duos – Foods to Pair

I saw this article originally in Oprah’s magazine.  I google Dr. Oz to provide the link for all of us.  I thought this was a very interesting concept.  Makes sense that certain foods go together and that others work at cross purposes.  Dr. Oz suggests that certain pairings of food increase their individual nutritional value.

I want to add again that I am not providing extensive research on the subject but hope to pick topics that my readers will find beneficial and spark you to do more research on topics that interest you.  The 2nd link is a post that I found from the Harvard Health Publications in 2009.  Presumably, most of you will think that Harvard is a much more reliable source than Dr. Oz – no offense Dr.  Finally, in support of a fellow blogger who is focused in the health space, I offer her post on the subject.  Provides more combinations than either of the other two reports.
