I am calling this a deli sandwich simply because there are multiple meats and toppings on the sandwich.  With my eldest son home from college, there is a lot more pressure on me to produce.  He is a very discerning critic, or you might say, hard to please.

Each sandwich had roast beef and hard salami. I added ham of the bone for the boys and roast turkey for me.  Each sandwich has a Russian dressing spread (made with fat free Greek yogurt).  Each sandwich also had lettuce, hot pepper rings and hamburger dill pickles.

Recipe
Deli Sandwich:
Ingredients:

  •  Honey Wheat Roll
  • 3 slices of roast beef
  • 2 pieces of hard salami
  • 3 pieces of slice ham for the boys and roast turkey for me
  • 2 tbsp Russian dressing
  • 1 piece of iceberg lettuce
  • 5 hot banana pepper rings
  • 3 hamburger dill pickles
Direction:
Generously apply the Russian dressing and place the lettuce on the lower side of the roll.  Top with all the meats, then add the pepper rings and pickles.  Enjoy!
