This is one of those recipes that is so easy but it tastes so good.  Cheddar is combined with butter and garlic and then spread on bread.

Recipe
Cheesebread (adapted from Giada):

  1. Take about 1 oz of sharp cheddar cheese and cube
  2. Put the cheese in the Cuisanart with 3 whole garlic cloves, 6 oz of softened butter and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper and blend until fully combined
  3. Slice a ciabatta loaf horizontally, drizzle olive oil on the bread and then spread the cheese mixture over each side
  4. Place in a 450 degree oven for up to 10 minutes and truly enjoy
