Korean Spicy Noodles

Noodles are a dish made in so many cultures around the world. My Korean Spicy Noodles marry some great spices creating a lot of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 LB GF noodles
  • 1/4 Head Purple cabbage rough chop
  • 1/4 Head Green cabbage rough chop
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Bean paste
  • 2 Tbsp Fried chili in oil
  • 2 Tsp Fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Tamari
  • 1 Tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Mirin
  • 1 Tsp Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Three basic steps to put this meal together. Begin by cooking the noodles according to box instructions.

    Next, mix the sauce ingrendients and set aside.

    Wilt the cabbage in a skillet. Finish by putting the pasta, cabbage and sauce in a big pot (I used my Dutch oven). Mix well.

    Serve and enjoy!
