Paneer Curry

  • 1 Package Paneer cubed
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric
  • 2 Tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 Whole Yellow onion rough chop
  • 3 Whole Roma tomatoes rough chop
  • 1 Cup Vegetable stock
  • 2 Tsp Minced ginger
  • 2 Tsp Minced garlic
  • 2 Cups Rice


  1. Cook the rice in your rice steamer.

    Heat the ghee in a Dutch oven on medium high heat. Add the turmeric and the chili powder and cook for one minute. Add the onions, tomatoes, garlic and minced ginger and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until softened. Next, add the vegetable stock and cook for another 5 minutes. Using an immersion blender, blend the ingredients until smooth. Cook for another 5 minutes, and then, add the paneer.

    Serve over white rice. Enjoy!
