  • 3 Whole Cucumbers sliced thinly
  • 4 Whole Garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 Whole Medium Yellow Onion big diced
  • 2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tsp Dill weed
  • 1 Cup White wine vinegar
  • 2 Cups Water


  1. Pack cucumbers into 2 mason jars - 1 big and 1 small.

    Divide garlic, pepper, and red pepper flake 2/3 and 1/3 between the jars. In a small saucepan add water, vinegar and salt. Bring to a low boil, cook until salt dissolves.

    Pour the liquid into the mason jars. Let the vinegar do its things. Stick in the fridge overnight.

    Serve and enjoy!
