Grape Tuna Salad

  • 4 Cans Tuna Salad in water
  • 2 Stalks Celery diced
  • 1/4 Whole Red Onion diced
  • 12 Whole Red Grapes sliced in half
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp Fat-free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Pepper


  1. Begin by combining the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, celery salt and lemon pepper and mix well.  Set aside.

    Combine the tuna, red onion and celery and mix well.  Add the dressing to the tuna and mix until fully combined.  Finish by adding the red grapes.

    For serving, I toasted a gluten free English muffin and topped with lettuce and then the grape tuna salad.
