Mac’s Diner

As you know by now, I love breakfast skillets and finding diners.  I have driven by Mac’s Diner for a long time and never stopped in.  I did today.  The exterior is not as inviting as the staff and owner once you walk in.  The only thing that didn’t match the sterotypical diner was my waitress was not named Flo.  I had a corn beef hash skillet.  It was good.  The only thing I would cahnge is they do their hashbrowns more like thin cottage fries and I prefer the shoestrings because more of the potatoes can get crisp.
