Just throwing a little something together for my son on a Saturday night.  My wife bought some steaks and I have those Mexican Au Gratin Potatoes that I can cut up a little, throw in the skillet and turn them into quasi hash browns.
Recipe
Ancho Chili Rubbed Steak:
- Prepare grill on medium heat
- Meanwhile, take your strip steak out of the fridge. Â In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tbsp each of Lawry’s Season Salt and Ancho Chili Powder and apply to meat
- Cover the meat and rub with a light coat of olive oil and place on grill
- Grill approximately 3 – 4 minutes per side to desired done-ness.Â
Looks great and is so simple.
