Ingredients

  • 1 Head Cauliflower cut in florets
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp Tapioca starch
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Pinch Smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Begin by steaming the cauliflower until al dente - just short of fork tender. Add to an oven on broil to get some color on the cauliflower. Set aside.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Next, add to a skillet or sauce pan and turn on the heat to medium high. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce to a simmer continuing to mix. Keep stirring until the sauce becomes stretchy. This should only take a minute or so. Remove from the heat.

Quickly add the cauliflower and cheese sauce to a baking dish. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes to let the dish come together.

Remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy!
