GF Skillet Pizza

Sometimes you do not have time to cook from scratch. My GF Skillet Pizza used a GF dough with fresh ingredients for a crisp and tasty result.

Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces GF pizza dough Namaste brand
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Cup Water keep adding as needed
  • 2 Ounces Basil
  • 3 Ounces Pizza sauce
  • 3 Whole Roma tomatoes sliced
  • 2 Ounces Spinach
  • 4 Ounces Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Ounces Mozzarella
  • 2 Ounces Grated Romano
  • 2 Ounces Grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Begin by combining the gf dough with the olive oil and the water. Add the water a little at a time and bring the dough together. The dough will be a little tacky. If the dough is dry, add more water. If the dough is very wet, add some more dough. Let rest for a few minutes.

    Spread the dough into a cast iron skillet and cook in a 375 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Once cool, layer on the ingredients beginning with the pizza sauce. Next, add the spinach. Finish by layering the cheese, the basil and the tomatoes.

    Serve and enjoy!
