Ingredients

  • 4 Whole Baking Potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine all the spices, oil and parsley in a bowl. Mix well. Drop the potatoes in the bowl and press as much of the mixture into the potatoes as possible.

    Place on a baking tray and put into a 400 degree oven. Check if you have the crispiness level you want.

    Serve and enjoy!
