I make Rib-Eye Steaks for my wife and her desire to eat steak for her athletic performance. Learn the finger method to test the doneness of your steaks.

Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Rib-eye steaks
  • 1 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • 2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Spanish Paprika

Instructions

  1. Begin by patting dry the steaks and liberally applying the seasonings.

    Get your grill good and hot. Add the steaks to the grill and cook approximately 5 minutes per side. Use the finger method to find the your favorite level of doneness.

    Let rest for 3 - 5 minutes.
