Preheat oven to 425°F.
Brown ground turkey and the onions in a skillet over medium high heat. Once meat has browned, drain the liquid and set aside and let cool. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and pickle relish to the ground turkey and onions and stir to combine. Add the salt and pepper.
While your browning the meat, use non-stick spray on a muffin pan and place three tater tots in each cup. Tamp down the tots so they look like a cup. Bake for 25 minutes.
Now the ground turkey mixture add to the tater tots and top with cheddar cheese. Add back to the oven and cook for another 5 - 10 minutes.
While the cheeseburger tots are in the oven, mix together all of the special sauce ingredients.
Remove the turkey cheeseburger tots from the oven.
Drizzle the special sauce over the cheeseburger tots and top with pickle slices.
Serve and enjoy!
