Ingredients

  • 4 Whole Beyond Meat patties
  • 4 Whole Gluten Free Buns
  • 2 Pieces Lettuce Cut in half
  • 4 Slices Beefsteak Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sriracha aioli by mixing the sriracha and mayonnaise.  Set aside.

    Add the oil to a non-stick skillet on medium high.  Add the Beyond Meat Veggie Patties and cook 4 - 5 minutes per side.  Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.

    Finish by assembling the burger with the lettuce on the bottom bun.  Next, add a slice of the tomato, and then, add the veggie burger.  Finish with the aioli and top with the bun.

    Serve and enjoy!
