  • 4 Fillets Tilapia
  • 3/4 Cup Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning


  1. Put the lemon juice in one bowl and the breadcrumbs, parmesan and oregano in another bowl.

    Season the tilapia with the salt, pepper and Old Bay.  Dredge the tilapia through the lemon juice, and then, the breadcrumbs.

    Spray both sides of the crusted tilapia fillets liberally with olive oil spray.

    Bake in a 325 degree oven for 12 minutes.  Let rest 1 - 2 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!
