Ingredients

  • 8 Whole Beef Ribs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Instructions

  1. Take the ribs out of the fridge for 10 minutes and season with salt, pepper and seasoned salt.  

    Pre-heat smoker up to 275 degrees.  Bring down to 225 degrees.  Place the ribs on the smoker and do not peek.  After 3 hours, remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!
