Semi Homemade Veggie Pizza

Making pizza at home is such fun. Make it easy by starting with a store bought dough and fresh veggies to make this Semi Homemade Veggie Pizza.

  • 1 Package Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
  • 4 Ounces Pizza Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 Slices Green Pepper
  • 4 Ounces Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 Slice Yellow Onion rough chop
  • 3 Tbsp All purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 4 Ounces Mozzarella shredded


  1. Pre-heat oven to 500 degree.

    Bring dough to room temperature.  Flour a work surface and roll out the dough as thin as you can.   Place on a pizza mesh grill.

    Start adding the ingredients beginning with the minced garlic.  Then add the pizza sauce followed by the mozzarella and the Italian seasoning. Finishing by topping with the onions, peppers and mushrooms.  Cook for approximately 8 - 10 minutes.  You want to cook until the crust is crisp.
