Tuesday Tips – Health Benefits of Cayene Pepper

This is the first in a series of new weekly posts I will be making.  The aim of these posts will be to educate all of us including myself.  Generally the posts will be about health and tools to help us as bloggers.  With regard to health, I want to be clear that I am not passing myself off as a health professional or an authority but I know most of us are very concerned with what we eat and generally strive to eat and be healthy.  With that in mind,  my first post is connecting us to research by The global healing Center on the the health attributes of cayenne pepper – and I do love to cook with cayenne as many of you know.  I hope you find this link helpful.

Cayenne Pepper

P.S. – I have done the Master Cleanse detox twice and found it very helpful and I felt very cleansed at the end.  The problem I have it is so hard to go all liquid for 10 days so I have not done this cleanse in a few years.

I knew of a few of the benefits and was plesantly surprised at the others. My acid reflux dares me to indulge too frequently.

What a great idea for a series! I have to say I’m a little afraid of the Master Cleanse myself.
