Getting you ready or providing ideas for weekend entertaining.  Today I am putting a spin on the concept and offering a Mexican inspired theme.

To begin with I offer you a Cheesey Chorizo Caramelized Onion Dip from Foodie Crush

Now what would be enjoyable to sip with this cheesey appetizer?  I think this calls for an El Oasis from A Mountain of Crushed Ice.

Since the appetizer was a little heavier and very cheesey, may I suggest a Chicken Grilled Stuffed Burrito from Bobby @ Blogchef.net (don’t eat it all or the beauty is you can load it up or lighten up the burrito to your preferences).

And for a side, why don’t we get a little messy with some Mexican Style Street Corn from Who’s Hungry.

And to top off our Mexican Fiesta (what else would it be with all these good eats?), how about a lighter dessert of Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars from  Buns in My Oven (love the name).
