There was a slab saved in the freezer waiting for my son to return home from College. Â I had planned to smoke the ribs but the weather was not cooperating. Â Plan B, cook indoors. Â To add some flavor, the ribs were liberally spiced.
I used the smoking technique of low and slow. Â I also add liquid to my broiling pan, so the ribs were almost being steamed during the cooking process to soften the meat. Â I started with the oven at 350 degrees and then, lowered the temperature during the cooking process.
