I have shared a few posts of late that I shared that not all recipes need to be difficult and filled with lots of steps. These Salmon Cream Cheese GF Toast Points have 3 ingredients.
WHAT? Only 3 ingredients. I do not think it is surprising that a recipe has only three ingredients. It is surprising that I made a recipe with only three ingredients. The impetus for this recipe was to use up my TEFF MILLET FLOUR BREAD.
The bread in this recipe is really good. The key to this appetizer is getting really good salmon. I actually used packaged smoked salmon from the grocery store. It is amazing how good most products are at US grocery stores. There are usually a few different brands at most of the grocery stores I shop at. We are so lucky as Americans to have access to so much food. I hope we all appreciate that fact.
So this last paragraph is where I usually explain a little bit about how I made my dish. In this case, I cut the bread into quarters. I topped it with a generous amount of cream cheese. And I finished by topping the cream cheese with smoked salmon. That’s it. No further explanation needed.

I could go for this. I don’t have salmon often, but when I do, this is a great way to do it.
