Salad Flower

There is no question that a pretty salad can dress up the main offering.  I call this the salad flower.

Recipe
Salad Flower:

  1. Chop 1 head of romaine lettuce and place in bowl
  2. Slice cucumbers and place around the outside of the bowl making a ring
  3. Dice up a vine ripe red tomato and place in the center of the salad
  4. Quarter 2 yellow tomatoes and set in a ring around the red tomatoes
  5. Finish by cutting a 7 slices of a green pepper into long strips and place in the center of the red tomatoes
