I am looking for ways to cook healthier.  I love ranch dressing but have avoided it.  I starting using Greek yogurt in a couple of other things and have been thinking of ways to use it in stuff I have avoided.  Hence, ranch dressing re-born.

Recipe
Ranch dressing using Greek Yogurt:

    1. Ingredients include 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tsp parsley flakes, 3 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, ¼ tsp sea salt, ¼ tsp celery seed, 1 1/2 tsp each garlic salt and pepper
    2. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed
    3. Serve atop salad and chicken kabobs.
