Whenever I make a sandwich, I always recall my father. I grew up in a traditional home but the one domestic thing my father did was to make our lunches. He was a craftsman, not a sandwich maker. So I have a lot to live up to, to work up to. Mixed into this sandwich is a Raspberry sauce and sweet and banana peppers.
- Wheat Bread with a light layer of mayo
- Rib eye steak sliced thinly and layered in both directions
- Cover with Raspberry Sauce (see recipe from yesterday’s post)
- Add banana peppers, sweet peppers and leaf lettuce
