There are some recipes that are so simple, with only a modest amount of ingredients that are so good.
The base of this Jalapeno Cheese Squares is four ingredients including sharp cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, eggs and jalapenos. You can always adapt a recipe to your liking and I did that with the addition of chicken chipotle sausages from AMYLU. I can’t remember but I don’t I even added salt to this recipe. There is plenty of salt in the cheeses and the sausages.
Most egg recipes are so easy to put together and this one is no different. I adapted my recipe from GENIUS KITCHEN. And the amazing thing is how good this appetizer is. My wife absolutely loves this one. Now listen carefully as I explain on how put this recipe altogether. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Now this is the tough part. Pour it into a baking dish. And the hard part, turn on the oven and place the baking dish in the oven.
Oh, I am leaving out a really difficult and important step. Cut up the sausages into small pieces. Put them in a skillet and grill until you get a nice char on them. The chipotle sausages are added to the egg cheese mixture. That’s it. I can’t make it difficult even if you want me too. Another really easy cheese egg dish I made is my BROCCOLI POTATO CHEESE CRUST FRITTATA.

Can hardly wait to make this. Just printed it off. Nothing in there we don’t like, and very low-carb as well.
Thank you.
