For the person who really likes burgers, it is hard to like a turkey or chicken burger. The key to maybe winning over that red meat lover is to load the turkey burger with lots of flavors.
|All the ingredients before mixing|
|On the grill|
- Place all the following ingredients in a bowl; 2 pounds lean ground turkey; 2 cloves minced garlic; 1/2 yellow onion, diced; 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce; 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper; 3 tbsps paprika; 1 tbsp ground dry mustard; 1 tbsp ground cumin; 1 tbsp ancho chili powder; 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Form into 4 round patties
- Set grill on medium heat and cook approximately 7 minutes per side and serve
