One of the things I love about weekend lunches is I am typically pulling something together from the dinner I made the night before. When the dinner was good, lunch is such a great way to experience the meal again but in a different way. Working with the leftovers also re-purposes certain of the ingredients in a way you would never think of doing. In this wrap, I used the Greek dip tyrokavteri that I had made. This was flavorful and offered a healthy substitute to mayonnaise. I also used the tzatziki which I love to put in a wrap. The best part is I always make my tzatziki with fat-free Greek yogurt. Another name for this Greek Chicken Wrap should be the kitchen sink.

- 1 spinach tortilla
- 2 tbsp Tyrokavteri sauce
- 1/4 Greek Salad
- 3 pieces of Greek Chicken kabob
- 2 - 3 tbsp tzatziki
- Layout the spinach tortilla
- Spread the tyrokavteri sauce in the middle
- Top with the salad
- Add the chicken
- Top with the tzatziki
- Roll up and hold together with a piece of tinfoil
The wrap was layered with all the ingredients.
And there you have it. Wrap it up in tinfoil so it will stay all wrapped up.
Enjoy!
That is making me drool, scrumptious!!
Thx Tara
