I know that this post is a reach. It is the day after Thanksgiving. What should I share with you? Too obvious – what to do with all those leftovers. I love turkey leftovers. So many options with the leftovers from soup, to sandwiches, to pastas and more. So let’s see all the great recipes I found for this Friday Five – Thanksgiving leftovers.
Before I start, I am not sure how I am going to limit the recipe ideas here. Our first post is New Mexico Turkey Tortilla Soup (got to grab the Mexican ideas) created by Inspired 2 Cook.
Now you know I love a good sandwich. So there are so many ideas with the leftovers. This is a Turkey & Cranberry Panini from The Messy Baker.
A perfect idea is some White Turkey Chili presented here by Some The Wiser.
With my love of Hispanic recipes, I am all over this recipe for Turkey Paella with Lemon Smoked Paprika Aoli by Skimbaco.- I mean I need to try this one for sure.
Continuing down this path of comfort foods I love, I present here from Carla’s Confections this Whole Wheat Chicken (turkey) & Bacon Mac ‘N Cheese.
If you want a sure fire hit that really is easy to pull together; how about this Turkey Pot Pie from One Hungry Mama.
Finishing up on these awesome dinner ideas is another Hispanic recipe. This is a One-Pot Cheesy Turkey Tamale Pie from Half Baked Harvest.
If you know me, we have to finish this Friday Five – Thanksgiving Leftovers with something sweet. Here is a great idea for a Sweet Potato Cinnamon Rolls by Namely Marly.
If we weren’t full from our Thanksgiving meal, I am over the top full with all these awesome recipes. So I will end my over indulgence with this Cranberry Cheesecake Brownies from Not Your Mamma’sCookies.
