Memorial Day is almost upon us. That means summer is almost here. That means it is time to start grilling. So this Friday Five – Memorial Day addition is so much more than one weekend.
So we will begin our meal with a Roasted Corn Fiesta Guacamole from Creme de la Crumb.
Not quite done with the appetizer idea because we all know that we are having big crowds over at our houses. So let’s make some Grilled Baking Chipotle Wings by Endlessly Inspired.
Moving into the main course, there are so many dishes to choose from. Where do we begin? Let’s start on the lighter side with Turkey Zucchini Burgers with a Lemon Yogurt Sauce by The Iron You.
Next, I present a fun little twist from my friend Lisa – The Creole Contessa – Grilled Tandoori Chicken Kabobs.
Staying on the healthy theme, our last main dish is a Cedar Plank Salmon by Delightful Made.
What grilling meal would be complete without a vegetable. This Mexican Grilled Corn was created by Confections of a Foodie Bride.
