Tis still very much the holiday season and we are all in full swing going to and hosting parties.  Today is the 2nd edition helping you be ready and to impress your guests.

Last week, I focused mostly on small bites.  So this week, I want to give you a couple of main courses and desserts with one festive drink.

What says holidays more than eggnog.  So why don’t we toast in the holidays with a Rum Nog Cocktail from the Hungry Couple NYC (wonder where they are from?).

Jumping right to the main courses.  Let’s do a dish for the upper crust – that’s right a Herb Crusted Prime Rib from The Cozy Apron.

Or how about this fancy looking Beef Wellington with roasted pumpkin from What’s For Lunch Honey.

Rolling, and I mean rolling, right into dessert, peppermint is definitely a holiday flavor.  Therefore, I present these Peppermint Bark Cookies from Gluten Free Canteen.
Peppermint Bark Cookies, Gluten Free. Yes, there's still more.
And for our final offering in this edition, Mini Eggnog Cheesecakes from Baked By Rachel.
