To expand my own desire to eat more healthy I have decided this week’s addition is healthy recipes.  As noted in my earlier post today, healthy does not mean that the dish has no flavor and that it does not include lots of everyday items.

For an appetizer, I present Sweet Potato Gaucamole from Reagan Jones RD.

For another starter, let’s try this Smoky Spicy Tomato Soup from Penelope Macaroni.

For the main course, I present Spaghetti Squash with Basil and Creamy Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce from The Healthy Family and Home.

Not exactly the perfect complement to our pasta but there potato chips.  Baked BBQ Sweet Potato Chips from The Sweet Life On Line.

And to finish this healthy post, yes you can still have dessert.  Enjoy this Peach Crisp from
