Friday Five – Cajun Chicken Pasta

I posted all week about pastas beginning with How to make a Roux.  So I have chosen to make this Friday post a fusion post of Italain and Cajun.  Two of my three favorite foods.  I, therefore, present to you the Friday Five – Cajun Chicken Pasta addition.

Our first lighter version Cajun Chicken Pasta comes from the Skinny Taste.

Our next recipe comes from none other than Ree Drummond – The Pioneer Woman.  This recipe goes back to 2011 before she hit the Food Network.

What is amazing to me is how many of these recipes actually credit the Pioneer Woman as the original source.  Way to go Ree.  This Pasta recipe comes from Just Every Day Me.

This recipe went crazy by adding black beans.  The Butter Dish calls this one a Spicy Cajun Chicken Pasta.

This next recipe has sun dried tomatoes given it a nice punch of color.  This comes from Blog Chef.

Our final recipe comes from none other than me.  This is a Rattlesnake Cajun Pasta (another name for the same dish) by Feed Your Soul Too.
