I was making a totally Cajun meal and it was centered around Creole sauce. Â It should work as a salad dressing right? Â I love having the concepts and seeing them work in reality. Â We know that we have a lot of ideas that do not ultimately translate when executed. Â This one worked quite well.
I also lightened it up by using fat-free Greek yogurt. Â The only negative about the Greek yogurt is the dressing does not emulsify real well. Â Shake it really well right before you plan to serve it.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of Creole Sauce
- 4 tbsp non-fat Plain Greek yogurt
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar big enough to shake really well. Â I would encourage you to make it a couple hours before you plan to serve it to let the flavors merge more. Â Enjoy!
