Sometimes you see a recipe idea and you know you gotta try it. These Baked Parmesan Potato Wedges are one of these recipes.
I love potatoes. There are so many ways to make and eat potatoes. One of my most searched recipes is my VESUVIO POTATOES. How about this spin on MASHED POTATOES. Or this all time favorite that is perfect for entertaining – TWO LAYERED POTATOES. I could share so many more recipes but will finish with these SPICY POTATOES. Notice how each of these potato recipes uses potatoes in a different form. Potatoes are so versatile.
I cannot remember exactly where I saw this idea. I think I saw it on a TASTY VIDEO but I may have seen it on COOKING CLASSY. The recipe is simple and starts with fresh ingredients. I think you can see all the ingredients on the fries. You can see the green of the parsley. You can see the texture of the cheese. Lastly, you can see the color of the spices and the browning of the cheese.
My wife always says she only likes french fries. She likes the thin, crispy nature of a fry. These potato wedges are giving her a big challenge. They are super crispy. Yet you get the creaminess of the interior of the potato. The wedges are extra crispy because the exterior cheese layer. They are just darn good!
